International Service Committee
INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR SUB-COMMITTEE
Purpose:
To support and provide delivery of International Services programs under the banner of the Rotary Club of Eaglehawk
Goals:
- To deliver programs and activities that benefit overseas causes in need.
- To facilitate up to date and effective communication with respect to the International Programs within the Club.
- To ensure that International programs are promoted throughout the area.
Guidelines:
- The International Director will meet regularly with the sub-committee to coordinate programs.
- The Sub-Committee will seek to identify any possible programs or causes that may need assistance.
- In readiness for the start of each Rotary year the International Director will undertake a plan of events for the forthcoming year and prepare a budget reflecting the costs of the planned events.
- The International Director will represent the Rotary Club of Eaglehawk at a District Level or on a Local level on any committees or organisations that are deemed appropriate for our club’s involvement and report back to the sub-committee on decisions and activities.
