CLUB SERVICE DIRECTOR SUB-COMMITTEE
Purpose:
To support and provide delivery of Club Services for the Rotary Club of Eaglehawk
Goals:
- To support the Club in the provision of routine operations.
- To facilitate up to date and effective communication with respect to the Club Service within the Club.
- To ensure that the various roles and responsibilities within the club service avenue of service are understood and promoted throughout the club.
Guidelines:
- The Club Service Director will meet regularly with the sub-committee to coordinate programs.
- The Sub-Committee will seek to identify any areas requiring attention.
- In readiness for the start of each Rotary year the Club Services Director will undertake a plan of events for the forthcoming year and prepare a roster of members accordingly.
- The Club Service Director will report to the Board of the Rotary Club of Eaglehawk.
