Quite a few apologies this week, Geoff Adcock, Karen Armstrong, GP, Rita O’Brien, John Pearce, Mary Preston. Jenny Sanderson, Gary Frank and Ben Hill.
Congratulations to Lynne who triumphed in the quiz.
Many thanks go to those who worked so hard on Good Friday at the pop-up bookstore at the Rotary Market. Special thanks goes to Gary Frank who was there very early in the morning and made the whole thing work. Thanks to all concerned for your hard work.
We had a reflection on the recent multi district impact summit which was held in Horsham.
The venue was first class, the speakers were excellent, it kept on time and congratulations go to the organisers who made it happen. Past Rotary International president Jennifer Jones was present, and I have included a link to her report in the recent Networker.
Jennifer along with Dennis Shore and Jessie Harmon presented a session on Foundation.
Whilst I was researching last night’s agenda, I came across a Presidents report from the Rotary Club of Hawthorn, Ian Bentley, which I have included a link to. It is a very well written and thought-provoking report, and I encourage everyone to have a read of it.

Next years summit is already being organized and is being held in Warrnambool between 16th -18th April 2027. Let’s try to get a group of us along to represent our club.
Football gates. As pointed out last night, this week’s game has been changed to be at the Eaglehawk ground. I have been advised that this is still Golden Squares home game and they are administering. We are not required to staff the gate.
Next week we'll be hearing from a representative from the Bendigo Evening View Club.
Co-Presidents
Geoff Gallagher and Mick Costello.
